Where and when are the ged® tests given? How Much will they cost?

GED® testing takes place at San Mateo Adult School in the "Electronic Office " a computer lab/classroom located in the SMART Center. Students will check in at a table located at the entrance to the testing area. GED Testing occurs only on Wednesday evenings, You can find future testing time and dates on GED.com.
To reserve a testing spot, sign into your GED.com account and select the "Schedule Test" tab. When selecting a testing site, click on San Mateo Adult School, and then select a date and the time you wish to start testing.
Remember that when you check in for testing, you will be required to present your government ID showing both your name and photograph. You must present the same government ID each time you take a test.
Cost
The cost of taking the complete set of four GED® tests is $140. You may also pay separately for each test at a cost of $35 per test. Go to www.GED.com for information on scheduling and paying for your GED® exams.
Note: If you do not pass a GED® test, you must retake the test. See Retake policies under the GED® Testing menu.
